These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and VIPSlot (hereinafter referred to as "VIPSlot," "we," "us," or "the Company") governing your access to and use of the website located at vipslot.buzz and all associated services, products, games, and software platforms operated thereunder (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, depositing funds, accessing any game, claiming any promotion, or otherwise using any feature of the VIPSlot Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an active account on VIPSlot, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account.

• You are not suffering from a gambling disorder or have not voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the VIPSlot Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different identity information, payment methods, or device credentials, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. VIPSlot reserves the right to request documentary evidence substantiating any of this information at any time, including during the KYC verification process.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. VIPSlot strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify VIPSlot immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. VIPSlot shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the User has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

Accounts are personal to the registered User and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. VIPSlot reserves the right to verify account ownership at any time and to close accounts where ownership cannot be confirmed to VIPSlot's satisfaction.

By using the VIPSlot Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, recreational purposes consistent with these Terms. You acknowledge that:

• All bets and wagers placed through the Platform are final once confirmed. VIPSlot does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in specific circumstances explicitly described in the Betting Rules section of these Terms.
• The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. VIPSlot does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, maintenance windows, or technical failures.
• Game outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer processes. All outcomes are final and not subject to appeal except in cases of demonstrated technical malfunction.
• VIPSlot reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse service to any User at its sole discretion, including without limitation placing betting limits on individual accounts where unusual or potentially fraudulent activity is detected.
• The Platform may only be accessed from jurisdictions where online gambling is permitted. Users are responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction before registering.

VIPSlot accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform's designated Cashier page, which may include: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20), and BNB. Supported methods are subject to change and the current list on the Platform shall at all times prevail.

6.1 Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account held in the User's own name. VIPSlot does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 for most payment methods unless otherwise specified on the Cashier page.
• Deposits are generally credited to the User's account balance within the timeframes stated in the Payment Methods Guide — instantly for e-wallets; 5 to 10 minutes for FPX and bank transfers; 15 to 30 minutes for cryptocurrency deposits following the required number of network confirmations.
• VIPSlot does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may impose its own charges for which VIPSlot accepts no responsibility.

6.2 Withdrawals:

• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Users who have not completed the KYC process may be required to do so before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
• VIPSlot targets the following withdrawal processing times: e-wallet withdrawals in under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX in 5 to 15 minutes; bank wire transfers in 15 to 60 minutes. These are targets, not guaranteed times, and may be affected by factors outside VIPSlot's control.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply to individual accounts based on VIP tier and verification status.
• VIPSlot reserves the right to conduct additional fraud and compliance checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

VIPSlot offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are governed by these general bonus terms as well as the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion, which are published alongside the promotion on the Platform.

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. VIPSlot reserves the right to verify age before crediting any bonus.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible game categories, and time limits vary by promotion and are detailed in the specific promotion terms.

• Where a bonus is credited in error, VIPSlot reserves the right to void and reclaim the incorrectly credited amount, including any winings derived from it.

Specific rules governing individual games, sportsbook markets, and live casino tables are published in the rules sections accessible within each game or market on the Platform. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on VIPSlot:

• Sportsbook: VIPSlot offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on football (including EPL and Liga Super Malaysia), basketball, UFC, tennis, and other sports. All sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In-play odds are subject to suspension at any time without notice.
• Asian Handicap and Mix Parlay: Specific rules for Asian Handicap, Over/Under, and Mix Parlay bets are detailed within the sportsbook help section. Mix Parlay bets require a minimum of three (3) selections and all legs must win for the bet to be settled as a winner.
• Slots and Casino Games: Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. VIPSlot does not guarantee any particular return-to-player (RTP) outcome on an individual session. • Live Dealer Games: Bets placed on live dealer tables are final once the dealing of a round commences. Technical disconnection during a live round does not void a placed bet.
• Voiding of Bets: VIPSlot reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest error in odds or game settings, software malfunction, or fraud. In such cases, the wagered stake will be returned to the User's account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the VIPSlot Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and potentially legal action:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or system.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other mechanical means to play games or place bets.
• Engaging in chip dumping, collusion, or any form of coordinated cheating in poker or table game environments.
• Attempting to access another User's account without authorisation.
• Depositing funds originating from illegal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus promotions in a manner inconsistent with recreational play, including hedging bets across multiple accounts to guarantee arbitrage outcomes.

All content on the VIPSlot Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall design and presentation of the Platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of VIPSlot or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without VIPSlot's express prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VIPSlot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including without limitation any loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

VIPSlot's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

VIPSlot accepts no liability for losses arising from: network connectivity failures beyond VIPSlot's reasonable control; third-party payment processing delays; acts of god, civil unrest, or regulatory changes affecting platform operations; or errors in information provided to VIPSlot by third-party data suppliers (including live sports results).

VIPSlot is firmly committed to the promotion of safe and responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means of generating income, resolving financial difficulties, or coping with emotional distress.

• The User has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• The User is not eligible to hold an account under the criteria set out in Section 3.
• The account has been used for money laundering or the proceeds of crime.
• VIPSlot is required to close the account in order to comply with applicable law or a regulatory directive.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds and associated winnings subject to wagering requirements that have not been met) will be refunded to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance checks. Users may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the terms of VIPSlot's operating licence. In the event of any dispute, VIPSlot and the User agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance before pursuing any formal legal remedy.
